Our story

The story behind TalkCraft.

We started in our first year of university, right as ChatGPT arrived and AI stopped being a research demo and became something you could actually build with. We taught ourselves on real problems, and since then we've helped more than 40 businesses and worked on a string of startups and projects across Australia and around the world.

What keeps us doing it is the businesses themselves. Every one runs differently, and we learn something from each operation we get to sit inside. We're here to work alongside you, understand how your business actually functions, and use that to make your processes genuinely better.

Micah

Founder

Micah is completing a Bachelor of Law and Economics at the University of Queensland, and founded TalkCraft.

His background is in coding and software development, and he builds the systems the mapping work turns into — the voice agents that answer your lines and the AI workflows that move information between the tools you already run. He has worked with more than 40 businesses across Australia since 2023.
